Our mission is to improve the well being of children and families by promoting the emotional and financial responsibility between parents and children, through locating parents, establishing paternity and support obligations, and monitoring and enforcing those obligations.
Our primary customers and beneficiaries of the Modoc Tribe of Oklahoma Child Support Enforcement Program are Native American children and their families in need of support.
Our goal is to strengthen Native American children, their families and their communities by creating a safe, friendly environment where families can work together for the benefit of their children.
Child Support is more than just money, it's about healthy, happy children with a positive future. Even though child support payments are a great first step, keeping children connected to both parents in a safe and healthy way is just as important.
Parents are the greatest influence on their children. Through their parents influence, children learn how to be responsible husbands, wives, fathers and mothers, men and women. Being responsible parents is the greatest gift they can give their children.
By working with the Modoc Tribe of Oklahoma Child Support Enforcement, we see parents taking that responsibility, resulting in stronger dads, moms and children living in communities with stronger family connections and at the same time being self-sufficient citizens.
